How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders generally take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. In the event that you order an item that is Presale or on Backorder, processing can take up to 4 weeks. We truly strive to get your items shipped out as fast as possible. You will receive an email with tracking once the order is processed and shipped out. 
Please note International shipping times do vary country to country. It usually take 10 to 15 business days. In some cases it can take up to 6 weeks. Again we strive to get your order out as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and support. 

How does international shipping work?

Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local postal service. It is possible that tracking may say its been “delivered” or that it’s “ready for pick up” when it arrives at your local post office. You should receive a notice from them letting you know that the package has arrived.
Any customs fees, taxes, and or additional fees may apply for international shipments. More Soul Please may not charge for these fees up front because of rates varying between countries. Your local post office may hold the package until fees are paid. Please contact your local customs and or post office for more information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
-Refunds are only available to damaged and or defective goods that were not received correctly. 
-All items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way. 
-We do inspect our product thoroughly before shipping out to ensure your item is in great condition. 
-If your item arrives defective please contact us here.  
-We are unable to accept any sort of returns for any limited edition, clearance, or sale items. 
-We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and all costs that are associated with the return shipment. If you do not obtain a tracking number or insurance for your package then we will not be able to confirm receipt and cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.
